option to have the Named Boundaries "Show the Create Drawing Dialog" toggle stay on

As a designer it would be great to have an option to have the tool active as the default. There are very few instances where I would create sheets without this active. I know the other designers in our department operate the same way as well.

OpenCivil applications to fully support MicroStation "Dark Theme"

I would like to see OpenRoads to fully support dark theme with ribbons and tool dialogues. Similar to MicroStation but more seamless.

Feature Definition Toolbar Title

This tool is called "Feature Definition Toolbar" from the tool icons/ribbon menus. The dialogue that pops up is called "Feature Definition Toggle Bar" I suggest changing the title on the dialogue to "Feature Definition Toolbar"

Add a warning prompt before deleting a line if it has elements drawn in the profile view.

This warning would be useful to avoid loosing work done in profile views.
