I find the interface for editing template transitions archaic and difficult to understand for new users. Is this something already in the works for development?
OBM should incorporate a Bridge Objects utility similar to the Corridor Objects in ORD. Having to go back and forth between the Explorer and the Properties panes is a clunky and inefficient workflow especially when you're typically accessing an ob...
Many templates utilize null points to feature constraint or parametrically move to influence display rules within templates (switches). The ability to move those null points to see how they influence template display rules within the testing end c...
Graphical display of corridor parametric constraints
It would be more efficient to be able to see the station limits of parametric constraints graphically on screen with a control line in plan view and be able to change these stations and values dynamically similar to point controls. The only option...
option to have the Named Boundaries "Show the Create Drawing Dialog" toggle stay on
As a designer it would be great to have an option to have the tool active as the default. There are very few instances where I would create sheets without this active. I know the other designers in our department operate the same way as well.
Give warning for invalid display rule expressions/names
When making Display Rules, give a warning when using expressions/names that are not acceptable (i.e. can't use parentheses in the name since they can be used in expressions)
A feature would like to be added by having a control on whatever the user decides to show when you hover an element. In the current OpenRoads designer, it is only limited to both Context Toolbox and Pop-up info or none of those will appear.

Create a button/command that creates a linked 3D model associated with the active 2D model
When we create a new file we often start with a 2D seed with only one 2D model in it. We often would like to have a linked 3D model associated with that 2D model. It would be great to have a simple button that force creates the linked 3D model.
