Temporary dimension of elevation in dynamic cross section
Add the capability to see the elevation of a point(s) on a dynamic section with a temporary dimension, much like the width/height and slope is available with horizontal and vertical temporary dimension lines.
It's a little cumbersome to keep going back and forth between models when developing annotation groups. An alternative could be to be able to select the geometry that is shown as the example when in the annotation group manager.
