A column on drilled shafts can have different fixity locations for different load cases. Suggest allowing analysis of the same bridge with different fixities rather then needing to create multiple models with varying fixities for simplicity.

When importing data with a .CSV format use a feature match tool so I don't have to have the entire feature definition path in the .CSV. Also add a best match option.
