Invoking a different OpenFlows licence for H&H calculations (e.g. StormCAD Unlimited) has to be done every time you start a session of the product (e.g. OpenRoads Designer). This takes a little while to process, and it's frustrating to keep having to do it.
To resolve this, we need to add the ability to set a licence as the default, so that it is automatically invoked when the Civil product starts.
We could add a flyout below each of the icons for StormCAD Unlimited, CivilStorm, etc., saying "Activate this licence when Product Starts?"
We should write a message to the Message Centre, stating the licence name and feature level (e.g. 1000 links) that has been activated.

In the 2023 release, you can set a configuration variable that automatically invokes your chosen OpenFlows licence when the Civil product is started. Note that the default licence (StormCAD for 100 inlets) is invoked initially, then your chosen OpenFlows licence is invoked after that - just like if you clicked the icon. This will cause the 'Compact Database?' prompt to appear more often, but the frequency of this check can be changed in Tools > Options > Drainage.
