In civil labeler and the place text tools, it would be useful to have a "Background" toggle option for text. Right now, if we want text to have a background, we have to set it in the text style. Since there are varying situations where we want or don't want background text, this basically means we have to duplicate labels/text styles if we want background shown. It would be great if there was an option in the Text Editor and Civil Labeler to toggle background on/off on the text as needed.
