Commands to Place Node and Conduit <Type> (e.g. Place Manhole, Place Stormwater Conduit)

At the moment, you run Place Node, then set the type of node by picking a feature definition. However, you normally know what type of node that you want to place, such as a manhole for example,so it would be more intuitive if the ribbon contained icons for Place Manhole, Place Headwall, etc., as well as Place Node. The new icons would filter the available feature definitions so that only those for the correct element type are listed, making it quicker and easier to find the one that you want.

Could also take this further and make key-in commands that allow for each specific node type, but also a specific feature to be tagged. This way you could make custom buttons for those most commonly used nodes or pipe.
