Export alignment in read-only file as LandXML

I have opened an ORD .dgn design in read-only mode. This is not uncommon, especially when using ProjectWise and the file is either at coordination/shared state, or checked out to another user. However, it is not possible to export the alignment using the LandXML tool when the file is read only.

It should be possible to export an alignment when the file is opened in read-only mode.
