In most of the DOT standards Cross Section Annotation groups, the labels have begin offsets defined for leader.

And sometimes users need to and few labels manually in the cross section sheets using civil labeler or using the Place Label tools.

While placing the Annotations using the Civil Labeler tools there is no option to set the begin offset, and there is not way to match annotation that gets placed by the annotation group.

It would be great if the Begin offset can be set while placing the annotation using Civil Labeler tool.
