We need to be able to manually rotate survey cells in a 3D file. Yes, I understand there are macros to automate this. But simply put, we should be able to use the microstation rotate command and have the cell respond.
I don't understand the relevancy if it's in a base model or a sheet model. In this instance, no, it is not being sheeted. This will be our existing survey for many different sheeted files. We don't wish to automate it, we want to have more versatile control over what angle they are displayed at.
Could you please post a screenshot of the cell? If the intent is to have cells rotate automatically based on the rotation of the sheet, that's already doable via the cad standard properties.

Does this mean rotating 3D cell is not possible? Nothing automatic, just plain old MicroStation methods.
