I would like to create civil cells that utilize our existing ground terrain model from the survey. Right now, when creating the civil cell, I can't select the existing ground terrain model as a reference. This is problematic as some of the elements I want the civil cell to create have rules attached to the terrain model (eg. clipped terrain models).
