Add A More Intuitive/Simplistic Way Of Copying OpenRoads Data From One .dgn File To Another

We need a more Intuitive/Simplistic way of copying OpenRoads Data/Designs from one .dgn to another. Reason Being: Other disciplines (mechanical/structural etc.) reference our Civil Models into their designs and only want to see the latest versions of the Civil Model (Not a Messy Work In Progress (WIP) Model which is sometimes very incomplete/in progress). Therefore, a very common practice is to have a separate WIP model where we can create and work on our Civil Designs (add/delete/change/update/move things around)(So other disciplines won't see this) and then when we are happy with the changes, we simply copy everything into the "Official" Civil Model and the other disciplines just reload the Civil reference to see all of the completed updates (this way they never see all the messy WIP between updates). Currently, the only way to do this is by exporting/importing to .xml which is less than ideal when trying to maintain a nice working model with all rules etc. maintained. In my opinion, the best approach would be to make it so we could reference the WIP model into the "Official" Civil Model and perform a "Merge to Master" and everything would be copied over, including ALL ORD Geometry with Profiles, ALL Terrains, ALL regular MicroStation linework etc. etc. maintaining ALL Rules and Relationships.

Thanks!
