This is an enhancement request to recognize that POT's are different from PI's. Presently ORD can not distinguish between the 2 different types of points. We want to use separate labels, "PI" and "POT".

Our enhancement request is to distinguish between a PI and POT. We feel the term POT (Point on Tangent) should be reserved for locations where there is no change of directions (Delta =0). The term PI (Point of Intersection) should always be used when there is a change in direction even if there is no curve.

We also like to use an annotation group with a Delta label even when there is no curve.
