Assign Feature Definition to Complex Geometry to automatically apply to parent elements of the complex

When using Set Feature Definition (FD) or change FD in Properties dialog, to assign / change a FD to a Complex Geometry, such process only affects the Complex Element entity itself, i.e. FDs of all geometry elements which the complex element is made of (e.g. base, intervals) and are not changed. The only way to fully change FDs to all components of the complex geometry seems to be manually changing one by one in the element tree display in the Properties dialog. This can be very laborious on long alignments. The current limitation can also lead to a messy model and out of sync FDs as it is easy to miss the need for the extra steps required. Properly synchronized FDs are crucial for any trouble shooting of complex geometry involving de-selecting a particular FD in the Explorer and / or dropping complex geometry.

For those users who prefer current functionality a configuration variable or user preference option could be added to allow both workflows.
