I am needing to enable the View Independent setting in Civil Labeler on text favorites using leaders.

For example, I am using text favorites in Civil Labeler (that require leaders) to annotate existing right-of-way and property lines information at the survey stage prior to these deliverables being passed onto design.

These pieces of annotation with leaders are being placed prior to design knowing sheet layout orientations.

To avoid design needing to redo these pieces of annotation with leaders, I am looking for a way to enable the View Independent setting in Civil Labeler on text favorites using leaders.
