Create a civil label that easily labels the slope of a terrain model

This label should function similar to the analyze point and analyze between points that are already available but we need to be able to control the display of the output for sheeting.

Civil Product Used OpenSite Designer, OpenRoads Designer, OpenRail Designer

We've run into this over and over as well and simply end up manually typing in the grades into text with arrows. There is a hack of a solution profiles in grade lines but it's cumbersome and not really a time saver.

100% agree, we should be able to control they symbology etc. of the symbol/text that gets placed such as the ability to use our own cell for the arrow symbol, control the text style and level etc. Many times, we just want to show 1 or 2 or 3 slope arrows on the plan. Currently we have to use the analyze slope tool to get the slope at a particular point, and then manually place a slope symbol which coincides with the project standards symbology. I have attached a screen shot of my situation (Image 1). Original commenter can also add their screenshot.

There should also be more control when turning on flow arrows for the feature definition of a terrain through the Element Template such as "display by grid (with a specific grid interval)" and the ability to add text that shows the slope percentage (Image 2).

    Thx.

Can you provide a screenshot of what you're trying to achieve?
