Add baseline station and offset references to drainage conduits similar to nodes

I really like how nodes allow you to add a baseline station and offset. This makes it so we can directly copy and paste drainage information from flex tables to summaries, etc. It would be extremely helpful if something similar existed for pipes where it would add a beginning and ending station/offset
