As agencies transition from using the survey foot to the international foot, their workspaces in OpenRoads need to be thoroughly reviewed and updated. A critical component of these workspaces is civil cells. However, civil cells do not scale correctly with Units of Resolution changes in MicroStation. Attempting to scale them often results in broken rules and inaccuracies. This issue significantly increases the time required to migrate workspaces and may lead to agencies working with incorrect civil cells, compromising the integrity and accuracy of their projects.
