Currently the turnout feature definition only supported non-US convention and methodology. It is only based on ratio which is not well suited for US and Canadian users. North American rail standards are based the actual frog and switch angles expressed as degree-minute-second. There should be a toggle in the fields of ratio at .0 and ratio at .1, switching between degree-min-sec, and ratio which is a cotangent of the angle but requiring extra calculations outside the app. This toggle was available in v8i versions or power rail and Inrail.
