Nesting Depth Control When Creating Sheets

The nesting depth on newly created Drawing and Sheet Models defaults to 99. I have set up my sheets seeds the way that I would like the nesting depth to be set. For Plan and Profile Sheets, the Default model of these sheets acts as the "container / motif file". Therefore, I want the Drawing Model to be Nesting Depth = 1 and the Sheet Model to be Nesting Depth = 2. For Cross Section Sheets, a separate "container / motif file" is created where all the 3D model files are attached and the appropriate levels are turned on/off to produce suitable XS sheets. This "container / motif file" is referenced into the Cross Section Sheet file with a Nesting Depth of 1. Therefore, I want the Drawing Model to be Nesting Depth = 2 and the Sheet Model to be Nesting Depth = 3. Regardless of how I have it set up in my Sheet Seeds, all my sheets always come out with the Drawing and Sheet Models set to Nesting Depth of 99. Then I have to go through and individually change all of the models to what I want. This is not ideal. I would prefer that the Sheet Seed control this. There doesn't seem to be any variable that controls this either, its just a hard-coded thing in ORD.
