To comply with US railroads standards, we need to place agency-specific cells at the turnouts. The cells must snap to either PS (point .1) or PITO (point .0). Right now these points are not snappable, neither graphically identifiable which makes manual cell placement time-consuming by placing series of offsets along the main track, snap to the end of line, then rotate the cell. Sometimes we use annotation groups, but it is not always an option. It is even more difficult when turnout geometry extends beyond actual point of switch These two points (.1 and .0) are the most critical and need to be graphically identifiable.
