while importing point data we have option to import data as northing easting and elevation
suppose we have data that rock surface is ∆z below the existing ground so before importing point I should have option to select the existing surface

so that while importing data point for same easting northing (x, y) z value will be automatically evaluated as elevation of existing ground (that was selected before) minus the imported ∆z (like an offset option from existing ground)
