Currently, Vertical Curve lengths can only be defined by Arc length. Would like the ability to define the Vertical Curve length by Horizontal Chord Definition.

We are facing several issues at the moment.

1.) The Cardinal Point Stationing (PVC, PVT, PVI) does not appear to be in Chord Definition. This creates issues when surveyors are staking out data using horizontal chord-based stationing.

2.) When reviewing plans, the length of the vertical curves does not match the difference between the PVT/PVC stations shown on the plans. This confuses reviewers and owners.

Would like the ability to have everything using CHORD-based stationing when CHORD-based stationing is selected. It appears that what we currently have in the product is a mix, which is confusing.
