Once Design Standards are set on an Alignment, add a B-Spline warning to the civil message center.

A few tools from the Geometry tab create B-Splines and many users assume those are Civil Elements. When alignments with B-Splines export to LandXML, many VPIs are added to what appeared to be a geometric element in DGN. The B-Splines may even annotate correctly in DGN before export.

The idea is simple: add a B-Spline warning when users set Design Standards, similar to existing warnings for non-standard curves, and show it in the civil message center.
