Global Origin is hard coded to be the cell origin for functional components. If 3D geometry is created elsewhere in space, it must be moved near global origin and use global origin as the cell origin for a reference placement point.

It would be useful to define the cell origin for functional components so geometry created elsewhere in space can be added directly to a bridge model without moving the geometry to global origin in the cell library.
