Product will not allow me to change variable constraints on my approach slab template with my support line placed on a skew and the relative location is behind that support line. I can't use negative numbers from the support line and I can't used stations that are behind the support line. I used to be able to do this in previous versions before the approach slab tool was created by adding a unit. Bentley knows about the issue and asked and replied with the following. "As a possible work around, instead of building and approach slab, consider it as a new deck between the support lines needed for its definition and after use the 3D modeling tools to cut the necessary deck areas to achieve the final geometry. At the end, it will be one 3D wireframe element, the BIM information may be lost after using the 3D modeling tools. A little laborious but it should be possible to do. Could you please submit this request to the OpenBridge Ideas Portal so that it can be reviewed and evaluated by our product management team for consideration in a future OBM release?" I don't get why have me submit a idea to fix a bug with your software but here I am. Please vote on this idea to fix Bentley bug with their software.
