Most DOT's require approach slabs to be stepped on wide skewed bridges. It'd be nice not to have to create a lot of units to do this or use 3D Cutting tools to achieve this. I'm not sure what would be the easiest solution since you'll need to place sleeper beams at each step. You could allow approach slabs to use multiple templates like the place advanced deck. Maybe allow multiple support lines for each step in the approach slab. My guess it might need a mix of both adding multiple templates and multiple support lines.
