Use machine threads to run several influence lines from the same surface in parallel

Situation Description
RM Bridge large model requires several days to complete execution when running vehicle influence line results.
The current workflow for influence line calculation appears to be sequential, resulting in excessive computation time for large models.
This significantly impacts productivity and makes iterative design or validation workflows impractical.

Current Capability (Reference)
RM Bridge already supports multi-threading (parallel processing) for:
Dynamic Wind Analysis, where multiple processors are utilized to reduce computation time.

Proposed Enhancement
Extend the multi-threading capability to:
Influence line calculations for vehicle loading
Parallel execution of: Multiple influence positions along a surface Lanes or load paths (where applicable)

Expected Benefits
Significant reduction in analysis runtime (from days to potentially hours)
