Improved performance for 3d linestrings converted to Civil Geometry

When converting 3d linestrings to Civil Geometry, there is a significant impact on performance when undertaking some tasks. It is very common to receive survey data as a 3d linestring and then have to report against it but this can be extremely painful. Even selecting the converted linestring is painfully slow becuase its displaying all the civil rules at the same time.

Example one > Converting a linestring to a civil object and then viewing the profile is extremely slow. I imagine this is due the fact the profile model indicates where each and every point exists. It would be nice to be able to turn this display off or similar to improve performance. (see attached Profile.png)

Example 2 > Trying to project these complex geometry to another horizontal is so slow that it can take hours to compute. In BRT this would have taken seconds to do. The dynamic projection indications that get drawn are really not required and seem to slow the entire process down. We need an option to turn these dynamic graphics off.
