Quick Profile Transition application on fillet being part of complex element

When using Quick Profile Transition (QPT), we need ability to select (apply to) a fillet that is part of a complex element - similar to Alt option (to Pick Components of Complex) for Arc Between Elements > Simple Arc, when applying fillet at PI between two complexed tangents without a curve.

Currently it is impossible to apply QPT to a fillet which is part of a complex element. QPT is very popular and handy function but this restriction makes modeling unnecessarily difficult in some scenarios.

For example, when pavement edges for an intersection / junction are designed in stages - first in 2D only, (which involves complexing the edge elements), and then there is need to apply levels, the QPT cannot be used on fillets. Other methods of applying levels to fillets are available but QPT is the quickest and most efficient. Levels can be applied to base elements of tangents but user have not access to the fillets with the QPT.

Similarly, QPT can be very effective in civil cells but sometimes complex modifications are required on complexed elements within already placed civil cells, so application / re-application of QPT on these fillets are impossible which may require dropping or deleting the civil cell.

This can be a real headache down the line for sure as we can't just rely on only using it at the start before complexing for all scenarios and there seems to be no alternative to get the same results for a complexed element.
