Single Tool/Button to downgrade a dgn file to be compatible with V8i

We still have a number of legacy projects that use the old power InRoads/ RailTrack and with the transition to OpenRoads/OpenRail we've been encountering a number of compatibility issues. My suggestion is t o have a single button/tool to completely downgrade an ORD dgn file to a dgn file that is compatible with the old v8i MicroStation.
