Currently sight distance analysis results are purely 3d extended objects that only offers a limited amount of functionality to determine visually why a failure is occurring.

Adding 2d geometry representation to these objects would allow users to precisely analyze the profile of the sight line to see the exact cause of the failure using tools like Profile 3d cut and profiling tool, and also allow users to create drawings for use as supporting calculation documentation.
