We would like to see the ESRI ArcGIS import functionality enhanced to handle conversions on the fly without having to change the working units of the file.

To provide context, we have a base DGN that has working and storage units for SVFT/SVIN. This file has been geocoordinated with a coordinate system where the units are Metric. When applying the coordinate system, we confirm the units are correct in SVFT and don't want to change the storage units to match the coordinate system. When performing an import through the ESRI ArcGIS REST Feature Services tool, the data that then comes in is approximately a third of the size it should be, or more accurately the conversion factor between meters and feet.
