There is currently not a way to project a node from the Drainage and Utility Model to an element (horizontal alignment’s profile model). Profile runs can be created and then projected onto the profile model by conduit linkage. With this enhancement to create a new Project Node to Element tool, users would have the ability to project structure nodes onto the profile that are offset from the horizontal alignment (do not intersect the alignment, therefore display in a 3D cut).
