Civil Labeler - Along Reference Line

Currently, we can label an element at a specified interval along that element. However, we like to label elements at a specified interval not along that specific element, but rather at an interval along the alignment. Could we add the option to label the element at an interval along a referenced line?

    Currently when using the place label tool, it would be useful to have the option to choose to place the labels perpendicular or parallel to the alignment, currently only have vertical, horizontal, or rotated by points.
