Export to DWG: Improve and SIMPLIFY

Nowadays, it`s very, very and I can`t stress this enough, difficult to generate a dwg deliverable package for clients.

Our market (Brasil) is dominated by AutoDesk, so dwg is a standard.

We work on infrastrucure and have some really complex plan layouts (up to 5 disciplines and more than 15 refferences per file).

We are trying to use all that OR offers, but so many things come out broken when exporting to DWG that we are starting to think about going back to Civil 3D.

I`ve requested support many times already and still got nothing.

Examples are:
- Civil labels export with 0.00 or default values (think 100+ drainage invert and name labels all blank, going to each file and doing "Save As" seems to solve, but I have 20+ models, it takes half my week just to get it done once...)
- It changes all my element color to something way off (with numbered table colors, OR searches for the closest AutoCAD numbered color and changes to it, why not just keeping the RGB values?? Why is this not an option??)
-Most lines and text scales go completly crazy (Autocad and Microstation approach this matter different.. But still, no excuse..)

To CLARIFY that I am not the only one having troubles, look at this forum link:

It's crazy that after almost 5 years, this post with a super complex workflow is still the best solution.

From what I understand there could be multiple goals when exporting to DWG, sometimes you could really want to fully convert the DGN to DWG, but we should have an option that would be similar to a print.

OR would just create a one model dwg, drop all the field texts (civil labels), put all the references in it, arrange it as needed if you have many viewports, even though it would move the objects, it's ok, and in the end give us nice layout/sheet excatly as our pdf.

So what my client see in the pdf is the same as in the dwg. Am I asking too much?

Even SketchUp has managed to do it... And SketchUp/Layout workflow schema is similar to a dgn with many references. How come Trimble solved this and not Bentley?

Archicad is the premium standard for this if you guys want check something really nice.
