The insertion point for circular eccentric manhole feature definitions is at the center of the MH 2D top. When it's rotated, it rotates at that point instead of the center of the 3D base. Please create the ability to use the insertion point to set the top elevation for the structure but use the center of the 3D base to rotate the structure horizontally.

The rotation point for a node is about the construction class, line style 4 point in the plan cell. Adjusting the position of this point should give you the functionality you need.
