it would be helpful if there was a way to set a configuration variable to point to a folder (instead of a specific itl file) when the template library is opened. Our frustration with pointing to a specific file is that the first person to open the itl may not realize that they've opened it from Projectwise as read/write and thus prevent others who actually need it read/write. Taking the designer to the folder and letting them decide which itl to open and whether or not to open read-only vs read-write would be helpful.
