It would be helpful to manually create a point (say via imputing a station and elevation) that is similar to the profile intersection point tool. For example, I want to be above or below a certain point where I am testing a variety vertical curve parameters in preliminary engineering projects. Currently, I have to create a profile line that has a zero slope where I only care about the one end of the line, which would be more useful as a point.
