The ability to hold geometry segments and geometry segments end points when doing an adjusted. For example, if I have surveyed monuments I would like to hold to but adjust the rest of the geometry that is not held to a monument.

There's no option for copying multiple vertical elements - you can choose only one. My idea is to make the tool "Copy Vertical" similar to its equivalent in horizontal ("Copy Element") which allows to copy multiple elements.
