Ditches be channel features

It would be wonderful if ditches were channel features so that they could be treated as surface features like gutters are to get head on inlet.

Custom Grate Spacing and Sizes

It would be amazing if we could utilize our own grate spacing for calculating the head on inlets. KYTC has several grates that don't quite match with what is in the delivered system, and this may affect the depth of the head on the inlet.

Dynamic Cross Section View - Retain User Settings

Users often make changes to the different fit options in the Dynamic XS view that are not persisted when the file is closed or a section via datapoint is issued (Fit Section / Center Backbone / Center on Current Offsets). It defaults back to the F...

Element Templates Point to Multiple Cells

At KYTC we like to show the vaults of drainage structures, in order to do that S&S drew them for us. ORD does that in 3D, however, we turn the 3D off when producing plans. It would help in the case that we could point to two cells (one that ma...

Cross Section Slope Annotation by ITL Property

The cross section slope annotation function needs a lot of work to make it more flexible for users. What about having a property on components in the ITL that would trigger slope annotation of the top mesh portion of any component. This could be a...

dynamic wireframe modeling

For modeling corners that is harder to do with templates, similar to Civil 3d, the ability to quickly manipulate elevation points and slopes on a 3d wireframe design would make designing curb ramps so much easier.

Fix the contours

Why aren't the proposed contours coming in at the correct elevations? For example, a 400' contour is coming in at 399.8743' and not 400.0000'. In another surface, the true elevations differs. contours will not match. For design purposes, the eleva...

Create 3D points from rails when creating regression line from rails

Currently, when one uses the create regression line from rails tool, the points that the program creates are 2D, in other words they contain only X and Y, not Z. It would be nice to create points along with the regression line that contains also i...

Copy Lines Drawn in Profile Window to Other Profile Window

In order to correctly design Crossovers, profile information needs to be sketched out between profile windows. This is very difficult without the ability to draw lines in a profile window and then copy them to a profile window for another alignment.
