Allow Parametric Constraints to Override Rollover Slope
As an OpenRoads Designer user, I want parametric constraints to be allowed to override Rollover slopes to make it easier to apply constraints to the corridor and template models.
When a corridor clip is applied, the 2D geometry is not affected by that corridor clip, only the 3d mesh is clipped. I would like an option to choose whether you'd also like to clip the 2D geometry.
Add option in panel tools for applying a striped border to the sign.
MUTCD Section 2A.11 and Figure 2A-1 provide an option to use a black on yellow diagonal stripe around the outside of a warning sign as a method to enhance conspicuity of the sign. It is not possible to recreate this diagonally striped sign In Sign...
Live nesting set to 99 when using "Create 3d cut" in Profile View
When using "Create 3d cut" in Profile View the live nesting depth is by default set equal to 99. Basically file becomes heavy when live nesting automatically in the depth of 99 set with the tool "Create 3d Cut" in Profile.
Template Display Rules are very powerful and widely used in corridor modeling workflows. However, Display Rules are only available for components. We would like to extend this functionality to the Null Points. This would open new possibilities for...
Add a Geometry Connector tool for Vertical Geometry
Cuurently OpenRail implements a tool called Geometry Connector (similar to Multiple Horizontal element Regression Analysis in Power Rail Track). However similar geometry tool is not available for vertical geometry calculations. It would be possibl...

in GeometryFuture consideration
Currently, the Migration Utilities suite of .exe files was created for 2020 R3 release of OpenRail Designer (ORD). In earlier versions of ORD, the linear and profile symbology were linked closely together, in later version of ORD (>2022) the sy...
I'm not sure how best to implement it, but it's not uncommon to have multiple people working on a project with multiple corridor files. Having just one itl for the project would cause a lot of conflict and possible erros so multiple itl files are ...
Superelevation Frame Annotation can annotate the 0% cross slope location
As part of the profile superelevation annotation, the annotation currently cannot annotate the location where the superelevation is 0%. This would be helpful to show in plans and for designers to easily see the station this point is at.
