Allow Lanes in Superelevation Model View to take on the colors used in Superelevation Editor

This will help users more easily differentiate between lanes while in the Superelevation Model.

profile annotation - parabola dimensions as linear annotation and not drawing model annotation

presently parabola dimensions are in drawing model and not in the linear profile annotations, this make them NOT dynamics and always need to be refreshed. By making them in the linear annotation they could be more dynamics.
