Cell in GC will have additional properties for IFC

Placed cells with Generative components on alignment which have assigned item types as additional properties. Those properties will be later exported to IFC. Now the additional properties are not shown in GC only in ORD.

Civil labeler functionality

Ability to print without needing to go through named boundaries

We were previously able to drop a border cell in any file to easily be able to print and now it is not

Zoom button with CivilAccudraw

It would be useful to have a zoom button (toggle) added to CivilAccudraw to automatically zoom to location of selected point. Example: type a station and it will zoom to that station. And maybe with capability to zoom 2D only or on multiple views ...

Please add a variable MS_LEVEL_DO_NOT_OVERRIDE_DESIGN_LEVELS_IN_DRAWING that does what MS_LEVEL_DO_NOT_OVERRIDE_DESIGN_LEVELS_IN_SHEET does for sheets but for drawings
