add a tool bar for decorations instead in only one menu. and toggle to turn all on and all off

    I'm not sure if it's been implemented in the new version, but the icon should show if each decoration is toggled on or off by looking at it. I agree with the OP that a simple toolbar would allow you to quickly alter decorations.
