Enable the ability to utilize Accudraw with the Civil Geometry tools [lock perpendicular to drawing compass]. Currently I do not know a way to draw perpendicular lines using the horizontal and vertical civil geometry tools unless I manually type in the line direction bearing. It would be very helpful if the quick rotate accudraw menu could be utilized with the civil geometry tools as well so drafting with the civil tools had just as much functionality as the microstation line tools.

Try the station/offset settings for Civil AccuDraw. Civil AccuDraw is not intended to replace MicroStation AccuDraw in every use case. It is intended to make plan and profile layouts easier. For drafting tasks, MicroStation AccuDraw is preferred.
