For the geometry review; setting out or other OpenRoads/OpenRail tables, if we can place the table/report into DGN design model, once the geometry or model is updated, the values of the table placed in the design model is also updated dynamic.

I have managed to get this working for Geometry Points and Drainage Nodes/Pipes by creating Item types which automatically attach through the Feature Definition and then Selecting Reports (under utilities) and choosing "Place as a Table" Once the table is placed in the file, you simply just need to select it and hit the "Refresh" option if something changes in the model. I do have to say that this wasn't a straightforward or easy solution and think there should be a much better/simplistic solution added, but for now, this is working.
