The "ruled" cant tries its best to calculate appropriate values of superelevation. Usually, these end up being over-ridden for many reasons, good or bad. Turning off the rules in Cant editor allows manual editing, but it is very time consuming, "resetting" to the first row every time a value is changed. ALSO, when exporting/importing the cant via xml file the "rules" pop back on and reset values to whatever ORD "thinks" they should be. Allow manual input of cant (another topic suggested import from an excel file) and allow it to be exported/imported between dgn's.
