Civil configuration variables exist for opening a default/workset template library (CIVIL_ROADWAY_TEMPLATE_LIBRARY) and for the default path when performing a save as on a template library (CIVIL_ROADWAY_TEMPLATE_LIBRARY_SAVEAS) but when opening a different template library than what is defined by CIVIL_ROADWAY_TEMPLATE_LIBRARY the dialog defaults to the last used folder which is often a different project forcing you to browse to a current workset. Ideally a File | Open should default to the same folder as CIVIL_ROADWAY_TEMPLATE_LIBRARY, or what I’d proposed is a new variable for the folder path; something like CIVIL_ROADWAY_TEMPLATE_LIBRARY_FOLDER which could be set within the workset.
