There needs to be an option to import utilities from LandXML with the option to specify the import units.

I have sewer information from a utility in LandXML format, but the units need to be set to US Survey Feet. Using the import from LandXML classifies the utility as a drainage feature and this cannot be changed.

Import options should be available, similar to model builder for bringing in LandXML file or LandXML files should be able to be imported using model builder.

There should be an option to reclassify nodes and conduits in case they are brought in as the wrong type, such as a drainge node when it should be another type of utility node.
